Sometimes it seems as if our own wishes and those of others are in conflict. This half-day course offers an introduction to the supreme good heart of Bodhichitta. ‘Bodhi’ is the Sanskrit word for ‘enlightenment’, and ‘chitta’ the word for ‘mind’; therefore ‘bodhichitta’ literally means ‘mind of enlightenment’. We’ll discover how we can fulfil both the wishes of both ourself and others through this extraordinary mind or way of thinking. Everybody welcome.
